SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, all Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12:00 PM, and on Friday before 3.00 PM will ship on the same day (Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM, will ship the following week). All other orders ship within 1 business day.
For all local/domestic shipments, we will use GDex or City Link. For any urgent deliveries within Klang Valley, we will use Lalamove or Grab Delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return merchandise for exchange. Goods sold are not refundable. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do the necessary to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified of the defective or incorrect item beforehand.
